Please submit contracts, statements of work, work orders, service agreements or letters from/with end-client firms requiring computer related services of the beneficiary. Evidence from other consultants or employment agencies not acceptable. The requested evidence should show specialty occupation work with the actual end-client company where the work will ultimately performed.

My company is big (250+) so why such?? if somebody had same RFE or any guidance or help regarding such matter is higly appreciated.

I work for Employer A (who holds my H1) and I have an approved I-140 from Employer B, I-485 pending. Am due for H1B renewal this Dec, can I use my I-140 Approval (done from Employer B) to get 3 year extension when Employer A applies ?
Any Legal opinions will be appreciated.

I applied for Substitute Labor/140/485/EAD concurrently on July 2nd. Assuming, USCIS will accept my 485, I have a few questions:

1. If I get a RFE/NOID/denial on labor/140, will I be eligible for invoking AC21?

2. Is the EAD processed after 140 approval or is it possible I would get EAD before labor/140 approval?

Can someone explain how things work when one applies for Sub labor/140/485 concurrently?

Since everything is current now, and happy as I am, it jumped quicker on me than i anticipated. I am in precarious position to apply I-485 right away or see it get retrogressed again.
My dilemma is that I am unmarried and want to get married to someone in India, but also take my time selecting my mate.
My question is if I apply for I-485 in july or august, how much time do I have to get married in India and still make my spouse eligible for green card with me.

And I have to renew my AP, where should I send my AP renewal docs, NSC or NBC?

I came to US on L1(worked for 1 year) and then switched to F1 till getting my H1B on May 2005 (which is 2 years old). How many years(3 or 4) do I have left on H1? I mean will the 1 year L1 count towards the total six years allocated for H1B?

AFAIK L1 counts towards that 6. So if you have done 1 on L1, 2 on H1, then you have 3 more years left on H1
