Hi giveit,
The background is easy, find a picture that you like, add it to a layer temporarily, draw over the main areas ie doors walls windows etc then go back and fil in those areas with colour, then delete the layer with the pic on.
As for the man walking its a bit more complicated, I may be able to help out, Which direction is he walking ie Diagonally, vertically,
up, down etc.
Let me know and i'll see what I can do.

I made address changes to pending EAD renewal and I-485 yesterday in the afternoon for myself and spouse. Same day later in the evening I got email saying CPO for EAD renewal. This is a story of 8/20/2008.
I tried called 800 number and was told that they can't verify that address was successfully changed on the application.THey don't have access to personal information. They are asking me to take Inforpass to verify the address.
There is no LUD on either I-485 or EAD renewal after address change. Is LUD an indication that address change has been done? There are no infopass available for 2 months ( I will keep checking if somebody cancels )
Does anybody has any pointer as to how I can verify address change without infopass

Future action items might include drafting documents and letters to support this provision. There maybe actions such as sending emails etc. However we would not be able to open a public action item unless we can have thousands of our members willing to participate in a grassroots action item. This survey intends to understand the needs of our membership for this provision and collect grassroots information.
The fact is we have a dedicated group of volunteers (and we need more) who have been trying their best to spread the message about this initiative so that a strong grass-roots support can be created leading up to launch of the public action items. So far we have around 1100 people who have responded. Based on quick calculations carried out using PERM data, it is estimated that there are at least 60K-70K EB applicants waiting to file I-485/EAD/AP (this is a very conservative estimate..the actual number could be much more). How funny is this? My PERM was filed for Tech lead position and I am getting enquiries for PM position and I can not take it whereas you are trying togo in reverse direction. Anyways... you can not come in reverse direction now. The SOC code for Tech Lead is '"15-1031 Software Applications Engineer" which is definitely different than Computer Systems Manager and I believe logically management stream is altogether different than technical stream. Be very careful and refer to attorney at law before you make the decision.

I guess USCIS is sending Receipt Notes according to priority dates meaning with 2006-7 priority dates will get receipts later.

Hi
I am working with a company in US on a H1B Visa. My Visa has been expired. I had applied for H1B extn thru my employer. Today I recd something is very unusual. I recd a H1B extn approval notice in one mail, and another mail with a RFE with the same receipt number as my receipt#.
Not sure what this would mean, Not sure what takes precedence. I know for sure, this is a unusual case. Let me know in this case what should I do. I have asked my employer to question USCIS on this, they will be doing their part tomorrow morning.
Let me know if someone has gone thru this experience. I am sure this is a one off scenario, but for sure there may be lot of helpful souls around who know how much pain it is for not having a valid I94. Personally I am going thru a tough time as my state has expired my driving license as my Visa has expired.
All help and advice is welcome with loads of wishes and good luck to all you there

to crumple the photo (or physically alter) and reproduce the discrepancies.

I am Canadian Citizen, born in India. My Father, USA Citizen filed I-130 for married son during FEB-2003 and approved. I am here in USA since 2006 working on TN, current status will expire in JAN-2013. Waiting for PD to current for my F-3 (Family), this month PD is 01JAN01.
Questions,
1. I can see now PD is moving fast, any idea, how long it will continue this trend? Since all know huge backlog making impossible to assess anything.
2. What next? filing I-485? and I-846 support letter? anything else?
3. How long this procedure will take in typical case?
4. While applying for Citizenship, did my legal authorized stay in USA count? or zero counter begins?
5. How do I get work authorization for my son in University? or for my wife, now stay home? Available any alternates?

The present h1 position comes under university (non-profit) category. You cannot transfer your H1 to a company which falls under profitable category. You need to apply for a new H1 which falls under cap.

The absence of I485 receipt may be an issue, because they would put a stamp on that paper after taking your (I485) FP. They would do the same on your EAD FP notice letter.

this is a bit different maybe since it deals with my mom. She was sponsored by my sister. She has been stuck in name check now for about 18 monts. Anyways, she is out of the country. She just left, and now my sister got a letter and appoinment letter for a 2nd finger print. My mother is using her advacne parole and the green card was filed for adjustment of status.
so the questiong is can my sister reschedule the appointment 8 months in the future or can she change the location for finger print to the office in the country where my mother is,
She is in Pakistan right now.

Hi: Need some inputs from the excperts in this group on using the priority dates from a different I140 filing.
Have the following 2 cases filed for the same person.
PD - Nov 2004 - EB3 - Labor Approved - I140 Filed
PD - Oct/Nov 2005 - EB2 - Labor Approved - I140 Approved
If we file I485 based on the I140 approved for EB2 case [which has a later PD], can we still send an update to USCIS later regarding Nov 2005 PD and use that PD once the I140 from the EB3 filing is approved? What's the best way to use the highest EB category and oldest PD in this case?
